Toilet paper rolls were turned into advertising space in a campaign that focused on raising awareness of sanitation conditions around the world. Rolls of printed toilet paper were placed in public restrooms.  Facts coupled with amusing quips gave a degree of lightness to the heavy topic, while encouraging bathroom-goers to donate via the number provided. People were specifically asked to donate certain items, such as emergency toilets, that Oxfam provides to communities in need. Not only does this raise awareness for the organization itself, but also for campaigns that are too often ignored or overlooked in favor of better known topics such as world hunger.
